Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Return Process
- Contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide instructions for sending the item back.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.
- Refunds will be made using the same method as the original payment. (Note: Vin Treks currently accepts only Cash on Delivery; therefore, refunds will be issued via alternative agreed methods.)
Exchanges
- Exchanges are possible for items of the same category if they are in stock.
- To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return and specify the replacement item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized or custom items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
